Anika 22.1% ZC is a broad-spectrum combination insecticide from Heranba formulated as a Zeta-Capsule Suspension (ZC) — a modern, rain-fast formulation that combines the systemic power of Thiamethoxam with the rapid contact action of Lambda-Cyhalothrin.

Thiamethoxam, a neonicotinoid (IRAC Group 4A), is absorbed by the plant and travels systemically to protect against sucking pests from the inside, binding to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors and causing nerve hyperexcitation leading to death. Lambda-Cyhalothrin, a synthetic pyrethroid (IRAC Group 3A), acts through contact and stomach action by keeping voltage-gated sodium channels open, causing immediate knockdown of active pests. Together, they deliver fast field knockdown, weeks-long systemic residual protection, and resistance management by targeting two distinct neurological pathways.

The ZC formulation is highly resistant to wash-off by rain, ensuring consistent performance even in challenging weather. Anika also exhibits a phytotonic effect — promoting crop greening, better branching, and healthy flower initiation for improved overall plant vigour.
